  1. I have to be honest with you. I do NOT like broccoli. My husband hates anything green. Wait, let me rephrase that, he hates anything that isn’t meat. Needless to say, he’s got cholesterol problems. I am really going to have to put my game face on when it comes to getting this child to eat her veggies. My MIL calls me a fake vegetable eater. Just because I only eat lettuce, carrots, green peas, sweet potatoes, um, yeah, that’s about it. I mean, of course I love tomato sauce, but to eat a tomato in a sandwich. No thanks. It’s coming right out. Okay, that’s actually a lie. I had a tomato in my tuna sandwich today and didn’t take it out. But that’s because I was too lazy. I’m feeling bad for this baby… I better her start her young.

    • yes – start her young! but how are you a ‘fake’ veggie eater if you eat all of the ones you listed? esp green peas – b/c I do not like those (so I never cook them either 🙂 ) Thanks for the comment!

  2. Love this. I have more than my share of ones who would not eat when they were young. Fortunately, the big ones learned to eat well by the time they were teens. This window into your world is so refreshing!
RAS, keep it up and employ some of the tactics on the whole family. Red.
