I just read an article and video on moms, stress, and heart disease on thestressedmom.com. Great information and hilarious video! You’ve got to watch the video…
“February is National Heart month. More and more women are being diagnosed with, and even dying from heart disease. Most of us know the important things to do to take care of your heart. Many of you are doing those things, like eating decently healthy, and getting some exercise (if chasing kids count). You don’t smoke, you have a few glasses of red wine a week…”
But there is a symptom that’s sneaking up on us – read the rest of the story…
This is truly what happens to women, we put off taking care of ourselves until something happens. Thanks for the reminder.
Yes – I agree… well this video just looks like any other day doing all the things we do. I found it amazing how it can truly ‘sneak’ up on you… so we do have to take care of ourselves even when eveything appears to be ‘normal’ 🙂 Thanks for the comment!
Wow. That video was disturbing. Her life looked so….normal.
Yes – I know!!! That was the shock factor I think!
Funny but scary video. This is a typical day at my house, we have to stop and take a break before a break happens to us! Thanks for sharing!
It was a good mix – funny and able to get the point across… it is so common we don’t even think about it. Thanks so much for looking at it and share it with others! The article had some good points as well!
